This class is a favourite among many of our adult students, and is catered for those who have perhaps done ballet as child or have worked professionally and have given up or for those that love a challenge and the chance to try something new. Enjoy the opportunity to train with our leading instructors and leave feeling excited, joyful, and full of inspiration.
ISTD Graded Ballet Classes
These classes run from Primary all the way through to Advanced. It's an important way to build and strengthen foundations while developing new techniques. Understand yourself better as a dancer and gain essential skills that will help you grow. Children can take graded examinations if they wish as they go up through the grades.

Little ballet stars is perfect for all boy’s and girls who love to dance and move to music. Age 3-5yrs
Design for Dance
Contemporary dance class combines elements of several
dance genres including Modern, Jazz and Classical ballet. We strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements. This class is recommended for 14+ covering the ISTD Inter-foundation and Intermediate syllabus.
Silver Swans ®
Dance for lifelong wellbeing
The Silver Swans initiative has been developed by the Royal Academy of Dance for older learners, so they too, can take part in ballet classes. Whether you are an experienced dancer, have briefly danced or are a complete beginner, RDW (Silver Swans Licensee) welcomes all older learners of any ability to try out Silver Swans classes. Specially designed for older learners, these classes will help improve your mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels at the same time as experiencing the sheer joy of moving to music.

Strength Suppleness and Mobility
Pilates is a whole-body low impact exercise method for everybody regardless of age or ability that balances an increase in strength with mobility and suppleness. It improves posture and balance, aligns the body, fine-tunes movement patterns, prevents injury and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core.
